nothing gets rid of oral pain more effectively than the introduction of a new pain... mainly that of calling insurance companies, dentists, primary care givers, nicollet county social services medical emergency [[back up source of payment]] and conducting one fuckedup symphony of lastminute referrals and payment options.
moreover, i have a terrible feeling that i wil be quite poor for a while. goodbye philly, goodbye reykjavik, goodbye stockholm/uppsala, goodbye oakland, goodbye backwater colorado [though... that one is fond farwell].
