i guess amanda and i will keep the bar trivia teamname as "TEEM ZOOP" in honour of all those bio-majors obsessed with zooplankton that only managed to show up for one of two occurances of bar-trivia.
by the way, we won third place... $10 free bar tab... all because the black bear is small and i knew that it couldn't have possibly killed that many people during the 20th century. we estimated 10, actual answer 43.
point is, we won free alcohol. and shined like we were meant to.
on short walk home, i returned/made phone calls. 1st to gene, who says thursday won't work for him, how about friday? friday's no good for me, next three weeks won't be good for me, and i'm not really that bothered because i'm half a boyfriend.
then i attempted to ring berkeley... forgetting about tuesday night, wednesday lunch... actually left message with his roommate... phonebravery must've been due to pitcher of beer in my veins and natural trivia kicking-ass high.
and the weather was lovely to boot.
